I would like to comment on the customer service, response time and follow-up on Holiday Ham. Our corporation frequently places box lunch orders with your restaurant. The orders are from @ 15 to @ 55 box lunch orders, all very different. Every effort is made to accommodate our requests without hesitation, even at times going "the extra mile" to take care of our needs. All of the employees that I have placed an order with has pleasantly taken the order, read back the order to me, verified the delivery time and location and then thanked me! Customer Service at it's best! Further, after our delivery, I always receive a telephone call to make sure we were satisfied with our order from Tyler, the catering manager. Impeccable follow through. The employees at Holiday Ham are a true customer service oriented, professional, friendly crew and it is a pleasure placing an order from this establishment.
